Over the past three decades we have developed excellent working relationships with many leading pension providers including AEGON Scottish Equitable, Scottish Life, Scottish Widows, AVIVA, Standard Life and the NEST Corporation to name just a few. We pride ourselves on being honest, open and transparant in our dealings with both the pension providers and our clients. As a result, we have been able to negotiate enhanced terms with numerous providers which in turn can be passed on to our corporate clients, and ultimately to the employees and pension scheme members.
Alternatively you may choose to use these savings to help subsidise an enhanced service proposition or to help reduce costs.
Running schemes utilising salary sacrifice or salary exchange to offset costs is the norm for us, and we pride ourselves on being able to communicate this to staff and administration teams alike.
TISCO have pre-negotiated pension terms which you could benefit from. As an example, subject to certain criteria, for pension schemes with five or more active members we can offer a Group Personal Pension scheme from a well known UK based pension provider with annual management charges starting from 0.45%.
We have a transparant relationship with all our clients and can quote terms on a fee only basis or terms that provide enough commission to TISCO to enable the scheme to effectively pay for our fees and service proposition.

If you do not currently have a pension scheme in place this will be a case of establishing your requirements and then either pointing you in the direction of NEST, or recommending a suitable alternative pension which may better suit your needs. Either way TISCO can help you manage the process and budget accordingly.
If you do already have a pension scheme in place for some or all of your employees, then we will start by reviewing this to see if it is likely to be fit for purpose in terms of pension auto-enrolment. If not, TISCO can recommend and implement an alternative, managing the transfer of funds across to the new scheme if appropriate.
